  2. No Refunds for Used Services: We do not provide refunds for subscription services that have been fully or partially used. Once a subscription period starts, no refunds are available unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using our service and the issue is verified by our support team, we may offer a partial or full refund.
  2. Unauthorized Charges: If you notice any unauthorized charges, please contact us within 30 days. After investigation, we may issue a refund if the claim is valid.
  3. Cancellation Before Billing: If you cancel your subscription before the billing cycle begins, no charges will be made, and no refund is necessary.

Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases for premium features or subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Any refunds offered are at Holastranger’s discretion, subject to investigation and verification of claims.

Refund Process

Refund requests should be submitted to holastranger.com@gmail.com. We will process valid refund requests within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
